The event venue benefits from air conditioning, Disability access, and on-site parking, and full venue hire has a total capacity of 440 standing, 250 at round tables, 250 in a theatre layout, and 50 in a boardroom layout.

Full venue hire aside, you can also hire versatile individual rooms such as the (indoor) Obsidian Terrace with a standing capacity of 30, ideal for meetings or a functioning green room/wardrobe fittings. Albers Room with a capacity of 15, ideal for board and private meetings. Studio 3 is ideal for conferences and workshops with a capacity of 70 in a theatre layout. The Hall can accommodate 35 in a classroom layout, 50 in a theatre layout, and 35 in a boardroom layout.

Open House Hackney, tucked away off Prince Edward Road, just moments from Hackney Wick Station, hosts a varied programme of events, classes, and performances. Open House Hall is a 1,200-square-foot multi-purpose blank canvas space that comes equipped with a kitchen and can accommodate 100 standing, 50 in a theatre layout, 40 in a classroom layout, and 30 cabaret style.

Open House Hall is bright and spacious with plenty of light from warehouse windows. It has a light wooden floor, and whitewashed brick walls with the occasional exposed brick. The space is ideal for events in wellness, music, art, and exhibitions as well as dance & movement workshops, meditation, yoga classes, and other similar events.

Cosmic Space is a couple of minutes' walk from Hackney Wick Overground and is 600 square feet of event space in an Edwardian warehouse conversion. The space comes with a large modern kitchen and a private bathroom with a shower. The venue is a blank canvas with whitewashed brick and cement walls, a wooden floor, and a few potted plants for a splash of greenery making it feel down-to-earth and home-like.

Cosmic Space is ideal for yoga sessions, classes, rehearsals, therapy, body and movement workshops, and other wellness and creative events. Available daily for hire between 8am- 10pm at £30 per hour with a minimum two-hour booking. It’s £120 for a half-day booking and £250 for a full-day booking. The space comes with a fully equipped kitchen, BlueTooth stereo, daytime loading access, an outdoor terrace, and nearby paid parking.

Around the corner from Hackney Wick Station, offered by No 90, Studios 92 and 94 are two adjacent, flexible, and industrial-style studios/warehouse spaces with high ceilings, on-site catering facilities, and an office or green room space. The studios are connected through a terrace area and an internal corridor and can be booked individually or jointly depending on the size of the event.

The No 90 venue has a car park and ground floor loading areas to accommodate crew parking and the loading/unloading of equipment. Ideal for many types of functions ranging from corporate away days and presentations to weddings and parties, photo shoots, and exhibitions.

Studio 92 is 2,500 square feet and Studio 94 is 3,000 square feet. Combined, the two studios can accommodate 1,000 standing, 150 in a theatre layout, 150 at round tables, and 120 in a cabaret layout.

Located in Queen’s Yard near Hackney Wick Overground, the Yard Theatre, with its wide concrete stage within a gorgeous amphitheatre, offers a transformative event space ideal venue for photo shoots, launch parties, workshops, screenings, and performances all for accessible rates and with a team to help you organise your event.

The venue is wheelchair accessible and the auditorium can accommodate 98 seats in the main bank and 12 balcony seats. The maximum capacity is 200. The rate is £120 per hour (+VAT) or £750 (+VAT) for a day rate of eight hours, with possible additional charges for Sundays or technical support.

Near River Lee Navigation, Wick Woodland, and up the road from Hackney Wick Overground, 119 Wallis Road is comprised of a blank canvas brick warehouse divided into three spacious event areas. Space 1 is upstairs, benefits from natural as well as fluorescent light, and is 23 x 17 metres.

Space 2 is ground floor, lit by fluorescent lights, and has access to a green room and kit storage. Space 2 can also be blacked out for filming if required. Space three is also located at ground level, lit by fluorescent lights, and leads on from the industrial entrance. 119 Wallis Road is ideal for shoots, media productions, rehearsals, art projects, and exhibitions.
