The Prince Philip Room is a first-floor event space directly above the Tavern Room and provides an ideal backdrop for hybrid conferences, meetings, dinners and drinks receptions.
The Adam ceiling with painted roundels offers a stunning focus to the room. Three large wall-mounted plasma screens are included in the hire of this space. These can be connected to via HDMI or via Clickshare USB. In-built cameras in two of the screens allow for hybrid capabilities.
The room was recently redecorated to a high standard and features carpets made from recycled fishing nets.
The Prince Philip Room was named after HRH Duke of Edinburgh to mark his long service as the President of the Society. The portrait of HRH by Michael Clark is displayed in this room.
