**The Burroughs Room is spacious and quiet. Named after Henry Wellcome’s business partner, philanthropist Silas Burroughs, it’s popular for training sessions and receptions.**

Whether you’re just getting people together over breakfast or running a day-long workshop, they'll do everything possible to make your event completely trouble-free.

**The Dale Room is a calm and relaxing Space. With plenty of natural daylight and an unfussy décor, it’s a popular room for smaller events.**

Whether you’re having a board meeting or running a workshop, we’ll do everything we can to help you make it a success.

**The Williams Lounge is a fantastic reception and breakout Space which is complimentary when you hire the Henry Wellcome Auditorium.**

It provides an ideal setting for completing delegate registration, housing sponsor stands, and serving food and drink throughout the day. 

This colour washable Space offers a plasma screen with laptop for branding and also offers two small glass offices, which can be used as a cloakroom or as an office. The Williams Lounge is dynamic as it offers flexibility due to movable seating and serving areas which therefore makes it a very usable Space.

It can also be hired separately.

**The Atrium is a light, airy and flexible Space just inside the main doors of Wellcome Collection on Euston Road.**

Ideal for receptions and dinners, it’s home to one of Turner Prize winner Antony Gormley’s distinctive metal sculptures. Cast from the artist’s own body, the life-size figure hangs upside down from the ceiling.

Whether you’re running a launch event or thanking your staff for their hard work, the team will do everything they can to help make your evening a success.

**The Reading Room is ideal for receptions and similar events. It takes up to 160 people standing.** 

It is an airy exhibition Space full of natural daylight. It’s ideal for everything from evening drinks to business networking sessions.

There’s a wide range of objects here from Wellcome Collection. All of them should fascinate and inspire your Guests. A life mask of Beethoven. A 1920s X-ray machine made of wood, steel and rubber. A dress illustrating neural development.

The Wellcome Collection understand how important your event is to you. Whatever you’re hosting in the Reading Room, they’ll do everything they can to help you make it a success.



Reading Room

**The private dining room, part of Wellcome Kitchen, is an airy modern Space with plenty of natural daylight.** 

Calm and relaxing, the Space is popular both for receptions and more formal events.

Private Dining Room

**The ‘Being Human’ Gallery is ideal for receptions or similar events. It takes up to 200 people.** 

The 'Being Human' Gallery is one of our permanent exhibition Spaces looking at modern science from around the world. It offers a unique and quirky backdrop for any evening event. 

Featuring 50 artworks and objects, the gallery is divided into four sections: Genetics, Minds & Bodies, Infection, and Environmental Breakdown. Discover a refugee astronaut carrying their belongings to an unknown destination, sniff a perfumed bronze sculpture that smells of breast milk, listen to an epidemic jukebox, and watch a fast-food outlet slowly flood.

Whether you’re taking the gallery for a drinks reception in summer or a Christmas party in December, the team will do everything they can to make sure it’ll be all right on the night.

**The Steel Room is a contemporary Space with natural light and art from the Wellcome Trust it's perfect for meetings and conferences.**

The Steel Room is decorated in a clean, light and contemporary style, with filtered natural day light this Space is perfect for any event. The room is further enhanced with art owned by the Wellcome Trust.

This room can be used individually or paired with the Franks room to create a large Space. Fitted with up to date and easy to use AV, this room is a versatile Space for any corporate conference or boardrooms style meeting.

**The Dale Room is a calm and relaxing Space. With plenty of natural daylight and an unfussy décor, it is situated in a particularly quiet location making it ideal for training courses, or smaller meetings.**

This Space offers flexibility due to its blank canvas and Space for different seating styles and offers upgraded AV equipment suitable for meetings and workshops. This Space comes with a secluded area outside the room ideal for taking a break and serving refreshments.
