The Regents Park floor is made up of 6 fully accessible, secure and lockable meeting rooms which are located on the first floor and can be accessed directly from our main reception lifts or dedicated staircase. Dependant on meeting rooms booked this can include an 87 inch Interactive SMARTBoard / 60 inch Plasma Screen or Drop down Screen and LCD Projector, as well as a dedicated catering area outside. The SMART Board system enhances the way your teams work together, leading to increased effectiveness and efficiency for any business. With the press of one button, two or more people can immediately begin brainstorming through on-demand functions like whiteboarding, web browsing and PDF viewing. Meeting presentations can be via a USB flash drive or a connected laptop. This space can be used for small meetings for up to 14 boardroom style and flexible to your needs as Regents Park 5, 6 & 7 can be opened up into one room for a maximum capacity of 86 delegate’s theatre, or used as individual meeting rooms for 12 boardroom style. Regents Park rooms 5, 6 & 7 are also located around a glass atrium foyer with natural daylight which is ideal for delegate breaks or a private drinks reception.
