The Library is a smart boardroom housing some of Ikon’s library of art and historial reference books – perfect for meetings, interviews and training sessions, with a large LCD screen available to use.

Ikon has two gallery floors available for hire, either separately or combined, offering a unique and inspiring atmosphere for events – both are bright and spacious, with high ceilings and attractive architecture. Ikon’s exhibitions showcase the very best in contemporary art from around the world and provide an everchanging backdrop for events.

The flexibility offered by the galleries make them suitable for events such as canapé receptions, seated dinners, product launches, awards ceremonies, photo shoots
and wedding receptions.

Ikon's Events Room is an ideal space for smaller, more intimate events. With large windows and projection facilities. The room can host workshops, seminars and panel talks, meetings, presentations and smaller drinks receptions. 

The room includes free Wi-Fi.

Ikon’s large and light-filled ground floor offers a unique architectural setting for both social and corporate events. 

Its open-plan layout creates a welcoming
atmosphere for guests, while exclusive tours of Ikon’s current exhibitions can be arranged to enhance your event experience. Glass-top poseur tables are available
to elevate the space for stylish receptions and networking events.

If catering is provided by Medicine Bakery, guests can enjoy use of the café and outdoor terrace area — making the space especially suited to summer entertaining.

We find that industrial spaces work incredibly well, with the foyers and cavernous atriums of Birmingham's old factory's proving perfect settings for all kinds of rehearsals.
