Situated on the second floor the Princess Alexandra Room is ideally sized to seat 16 people boardroom or 30 people theatre layout. This popular room has a unique small area where refreshments may be served. Large windows let in plenty of natural light giving the room a spacious appeal.

Beyond the Mexique Bay

Mary Sumner House

The largest meeting room in Mary Sumner House, this elegant and spacious room seats 120 people theatre style, 84 people cabaret style, or 50 people boardroom style, making it the perfect size for conferences, lectures and training seminars. The small stage at the front of the room gives the audience a clear view of speakers and can allow for both informal and formal meetings. Other seating arrangements are available on request. Often used in conjunction with our other rooms as breakout areas.

In Dubious Battle

Situated on the second floor, the Princess Victoria Room is a popular sized room that offers a quiet and modern atmosphere. Large windows offer a lot of natural light, and the room is spacious enough to provide flexible seating arrangements.

Mother Night

Situated on the first floor the Mary Sumner Room has distinctive stained glass windows and chandeliers. With its calm and welcoming atmosphere filled with history since this unique building was constructed in 1925. It can accommodate 24 people boardroom style or 40 people theatre style.

Situated on the second floor, the Princess Elizabeth Room offers a professional, corporate environment in a light and airy space. The Princess Elizabeth room can hold up to 24 people boardroom style or 40 people theatre style, other seating arrangements are available on request.
