Located in the historical Emigrant Industrial Savings Bank, the venue is stunning on its own, with 40-ft. ceilings, ornate columns, and original laylights that are over a century old. However, its cutting-edge projection mapping shows how timeless grandeur can seamlessly blend with contemporary technology to create a truly unique event experience.

Choose a display from the content library (which features past exhibitors like Klimt and NASA) or create a bespoke projection for your event. Host presentations in the main hall, chat with cocktails on the modern upper level, and have a speakeasy-style space in the intimate former bank vault. The dual-level venue can hold up to 500 guests on each floor, a total of 1,000 guests.

Sixty stories above Wall Street is Manhatta, a restaurant and events venue labeled as a love letter to the city. Even without the iconic skyline through the windows, you’d know this is a NYC venue – the decor features navy leather, gold and iron lighting fixtures, and blue-grey limewash walls that echo the sky colors outside.

The sleek decor seamlessly moves through to the main dining room to the seven private event spaces. The lower level of The Beekman boasts several event spaces, each with exposed brick, penny-style tiling, and original industrial fixtures. Built in 1883, The Beekman was originally Temple Court, one of Manhattan’s original skyscrapers. The current spaces have retained their Old New York charm, evoking both 19th-century elegance and modern practicality.

The Cellar combines the Kelly and Farnsworth Rooms, linked bywith a pre-function area space, to create a flexible event space ideal for events requiring multiple rooms and set-ups. Seating plans are flexible, and furnishings range from round tables to velvet lounge sofas. The entire space can accommodate up to 225 standing guests, with each room accommodating between 70 and 100 guests.
