Near the Union Square Holiday Market is the Manhattan Penthouse, a Christmas party venue where you can continue celebrating the holiday season. The loft-like room can accommodate 180 guests and is surrounded by Palladian windows providing city views, detailed columns throughout, and wooden floors. There is also a reception area, bar, and ballroom.

You may get the urge to sing along to some Christmas carols. If so, there’s a grand piano and A/V equipment to bring out your inner Mariah Carey. In between the performing and mingling, you can enjoy catered dishes like heirloom tomato salad, sweet corn veloute soup, pan-seared filet mignon with a potato and leek croquette, or a white wine butter poached lobster tail.

Sadly, event planners aren’t miracle workers and can't control the weather, but there's always hope. If you're lucky, it'll start to snow during your Christmas party at Midtown Loft and Terrace, making your guests feel a part of a winter wonderland with the clear, retractable enclosed rooftop. The 5,000 sq. ft. loft with glossy wooden floors and white walls can accommodate 300 standing guests. The 4,400 sq. ft. terrace space looks over the Empire State Building, and has a landscaped garden, mahogany floors, fireplace, and antique light fixtures. The Terrace can accommodate 150 standing guests.

This Manhattan Christmas party venue has an in-house production team specializing in projections, lighting, staging, audio, and more. It also has an illuminated bar, a plating kitchen with two ovens, and a VIP room if Santa needs a space to eat cookies peacefully.

If you want fairy lights hanging from the ceiling to simulate snowflakes falling at your event, Westside Loft is your Manhattan Christmas party venue. This 8,000 sq. ft. space can accommodate up to 300 guests and has an open layout, so you can customize it to match your festive vision.

There are 40 eight-foot windows to allow natural light to pour in over the wood floors during the day, and offer stunning Hudson River views. An industrial theme is carried throughout the steel bathrooms and black metal staircase, which can take you to a smaller lofted area. If you would like to close off the large space, two fourteen-foot doors can divide it to create a more intimate setting.
