One look at 583 Park Ave, and you'll think this venue belongs in a movie, with its arched windows and substantial columns. Its impressive nature is also reflected in its previous clients, such as Nike, Ralph Lauren, and Warner Brothers. Whether you are planning a fashion show, corporate, non-profit, or social event, they are equipped for it all.


There are three distinct spaces—the Grand Ballroom, The Arcade, and various breakout rooms. You can customize the areas to how you see fit; however, since this Upper East Side venue is so grand, it can be daunting for some vendors. They have a list of exclusive and recommended NYC vendors who know the space well and are familiar with larger events. They also have a culinary team that creates bespoke seasonal event menus.


The venue can accommodate up to 700 dining guests and up to 1000 standing.

As guests enter The Ballroom on 74th, they're greeted with a functional bar and a large room with long vertical windows, wood floors, and bright white walls. The on-site kitchen means their culinary team can prepare elevated dishes like Canary Island branzino or Faroe Island salmon. If you need to display a presentation, slideshow, or other medium, there are two 15-ft. drop-down projector screens connected to surround sound.
