The descendants of John Jay, an American founding father, own the building home to Broadstone Bar & Kitchen. The three-floor venue has space for private and semi-private events, from corporate dinners to engagement parties. The first floor can accommodate 100 people reception style and can be customized. The entire Victorian-style second floor can accommodate up to 120 guests, and the third-floor John Jay Room, with wrap-around balconies, accommodates 85 people.
