The House Mill is a grade 1 listed 18th century tidal mill set in a beautiful riverside location in the heart of London’s East End. Originally built in 1776, on an existing pre-Domesday site it is the largest existing tidal mill in the world.
The Ground Floor is the wheel floor, it is the powerhouse of the mill where the wheels are. Sited above the water you can see the water beneath the floor boards. This space also leads onto the garden. There is also direct access from the cobbles to the garden and as such has full disabled access.
Please note we must not have anything flammable.
Please note this is a dry hire.
