The Charlotte Suite at Wingate and Finchley FC is the ideal venue to host your special event, be it a birthday, wedding, bah mitzvah, or anniversary. With the suite accommodating up to 180 for a casual party and 130 for a more formal seated event, a fully licensed bar, professional catering kitchen, portable hardwood dance floor and off street parking for 75 cars the venue is able to cater for your every need. In order to get your party started we can answer the following frequently asked questions:
Venue Availability The venue is available for hire at the following times: Tuesday 5pm to 11pm (dependent on home matches) Friday 5pm to Midnight Saturday: Midday to Midnight (7.30pm to midnight on home match days) Sunday: Midday to 11pm
Tables & Seating The hire fee includes chairs and tables of either 4, 6 or 10 with white linen clothes. Should you require any other type of table, coloured linen or chair covers we are also able to provide these for an additional hire charge
Food You are welcome to provide your own catering for the event, or alternatively we have a number of catering companies and options that we could provide on your behalf. Our fully fitted, professional catering kitchen is available to hire should you wish to provide your own catering.
Bar facilities Due to our licensing conditions all drinks must be provided via the club bar. Prices are similar to a reasonably priced pub and whilst we have a full selection of draught and bottled beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks we can also cater for any special requirements that you may have. We also provide the bar staff within the hire fee. The bar is licensed until 11pm but on some occasions we are able to apply for an extension to these times
Entertainment You are able to provide your own entertainment, be it a DJ, Band or otherwise. A portable hard wood dance floor comes with the package but we do not have any disco or sound equipment on site. We are however able to provide contacts to hire such things as DJ’s, Bands, Karaoke, bouncy castles etc.
Cleaning & Set-Up Our staff are on hand to set up the room prior to your event and post event cleaning is included within the hire fee leaving you free to enjoy your party without worrying about cleaning up after.
